Five countries. Very different bargains.
“Free tuition” means something different in each of these systems, and the cheapest tuition is rarely the cheapest degree. Pick a country to see what it actually costs to live and study there.
What applying actually looks like.
Roughly twelve months, and the order matters more than the speed.
Assess
Months 1–2. Grades reviewed, budget agreed, shortlist built, language plan started.
Build
Months 2–5. Recognition, translations, apostille, motivation letter, entrance tests.
Claim
Months 4–8. Applications submitted, scholarship filed, offers negotiated, place accepted.
Depart
Months 8–12. Pre-enrolment, visa, housing, flight — then the residence permit on arrival.
Starting later is possible but expensive: the scholarship stage is the first thing to fall off, and it is usually worth more than the tuition saving.
Which of these fits your file?
That depends on your grades, your budget and your language level — which is exactly what the free assessment is for.
