You pay in instalments
Never the full fee up front. Payments are tied to milestones, so if we stop delivering, you stop paying. An agency confident in its work does not need your money in advance.
One named advisor
The same person owns your file from the first call to your first week on campus. You will never re-explain your situation to a stranger, and you will always know exactly who to contact.
Staff who are actually there
Team members in Italy who can walk into a questura, chase a university office in Italian, or meet you in person. Advice from 2,000 kilometres away has limits.
A portal, not a promise
Every student sees their own file: which stage is live, which document was returned, which university has decided. Progress you can check at 2am without messaging anyone.
Support past the visa stamp
Most agencies close your file when the visa is issued — precisely when the hard part starts. We stay through the permesso di soggiorno, the codice fiscale and the first lease.
We will tell you no
If your profile isn't competitive for the course you want, or the timeline no longer works, we say so during the free assessment. Taking a fee for an application we expect to fail is not a business we want.
What we don't do.
- —We don't guarantee visas. The decision belongs to a consulate. We can build a file that gives you the best possible chance, and we appeal refusals, but nobody can promise the outcome.
- —We don't invent qualifications. No fabricated documents, no altered transcripts, no fictional work experience. Beyond being fraud, it gets students banned from Schengen for years.
- —We don't push private universities for commission. If a public university serves you better, that's what we recommend — even though it earns us less.
- —We don't take everyone. If we don't believe we can add value to your file, we will tell you at the assessment and charge you nothing.
